Quand avez-vous décidé de travailler ensemble ?

« Pour nous, travailler ensemble était une évidence, on s’était rencontrés à travers un premier projet (un groupe avec d’autres personnes). On s’est tout de suite beaucoup plu, on savait qu’on serait importants l’un pour l’autre dans le futur et du coup c’était vraiment une évidence de faire ce projet rien qu’à deux. On a une complicité humaine énorme et on a une attente artistique encore plus grande: on écrit tout à deux, tout le temps, texte et musique. C’est hyper facile et très agréable de passer beaucoup de temps ensemble et le fait d’avoir cette complicité nous aide. On se soutient et on se pousse mutuellement tous les jours, donc c’est chouette ».

Votre musique a-t-elle évolué depuis la création du groupe?

« Notre musique a surtout évolué avec nous en tant qu’êtres humains. Nous, on s’est rencontrés après le lycée, on avait une personnalité et puis quand on a grandi, notre musique a grandi avec nous. Je ne suis pas sûre qu’elle ait tellement changé mais elle est peut être plus mature ».

Vous préparez quelque chose en particulier pour les festivals, différents de vos concerts « traditionnels »?

« Oui on a quand même préparé un nouveau show, un lights show. On a changé un petit peu la ‘set list’ mais on essaye de faire en sorte que chaque concert soit différent et qu’il se passe toujours quelque chose de nouveau, à la fois pour nous et pour les gens, parce-que ça crée une certaine fraîcheur et du coup ça fait souvent des incidences heureuses qui nous rapprochent du public. On tient à être proches de notre publique, à beaucoup leur donner pour qu’ils nous donnent beaucoup en échange, c’est toujours un cercle vertueux ».

Avez vous prévu une tournée européenne ?

« On fait beaucoup confiance au temps, on a beaucoup pris notre temps depuis le début. Là, c’est notre première tournée de festivals, c’était vraiment important pour nous déjà de nous développer en France et dans les pays limitrophes. L’étranger, on y travaille : l’année prochaine on y jouera, c’est sûr ».
